Pasta Party for the Sofia Marathon

Every proper marathon preparation requires a pasta party the night before. The runners who will suffer the following day need to top up with some carbs. Half of Multi Kulti’s team will run the Sofia Marathon (42 and 21 km), an official race that has been organized since 1983. However, we need to make it special so we are teaming up with our new friend John „Giovanni" Lueders, an Italian American who loves Bulgaria and knows a lot about wine and good food.

John is going to teach us how to prepare 4 different pasta sauces – 2 with meat and 2 vegetarian ones. 2 of them will be suitable for the Sofia marathon runners, i.e. they will not be too heavy.

John „Giovanni" Lueders is a fine wine consultant and educator from New Jersey who specializes with Italian and French wines with particular attention to food pairings. He has worked with some of the finest chefs from around the world to create unique gastronomic experience's and has personally hosted over 300 wine dinners.
