Open-Air Iranian Cooking Class (free of charge)
19 юни 2023 г.
It seems that Mahsa Nouraei is the big hit of the season! She already hosted three Iranian cooking events and they all got fully booked with the speed of light, like in 30 min. You asked for more and we heard you.
Please note: Due to the HUGE interest, we would like to give priority to people who have NOT participated in Mahsa’s previous cooking events organized by Multi Kulti Collective. Participants from the previous events are NOT eligible for this one. Thank you for your kind understanding!
Soooo…[drum roll]
Please feel free to join us for our open-air cooking class with a new Summer menu with awesome mezzes to share:- Zeitoon parvardeh - a popular appetizer from Iran featuring large green olives that marinate in a mixture of ground walnuts, minced garlic, mint, pomegranate molasses and fresh pomegranate seeds
- Kashke bademjan – a very popular Persian eggplant dip that consists of cooked and mashed eggplants, onions, garlic, dried mint and kashk
- Ab Doogh Khiar – the famous Persian cold yogurt soup that is perfect for hot summer days
- Kuku Sabzi – a light, flavor-packed Persian baked omele
What’s even nicer is that this open-air cooking class will take place right in the heart of the big HranKoop farmers’ festival in front of the National Palace of Culture in Sofia (NDK). Take a look at the main Facebook event as the programme is filled with various concerts, workshops as well as numerous food and artisanal food stands - https://www.facebook.com/events/196602706254803
