This Handbook deals with the problems of setting up an Advocacy NGO in your country, and the problems of running it so that it is effective. It is directed at citizens who have already come together and realised that they have a common interest and enthusiasm in fighting for a particular cause. It is hoped that this Handbook will help concerned citizens move from a generalised enthusiasm to a functioning, effective, and sustainable organisation.
